When we first opened our doors in Garner, we set out to create something different, a place where locals could unwind, enjoy hearty food, and sip handcrafted cocktails in an atmosphere full of character.
From surviving Bar Rescue to navigating a global pandemic, the original Garner location became more than a business. It became home. It’s where friendships were formed, music filled the air, and memories were made night after night.
Saying Goodbye to Our Original Garner Location
Closing the original MoonRunners in Garner was not an easy decision. That building holds a decade of stories, milestones, and community. We’ve laughed there, hustled through long nights, celebrated wins, and grown into the brand we are today. But as our team and our vision expanded, we knew it was time to take a bold step forward.
While the physical doors may be closed, the heart of MoonRunners still beats strong and that legacy now lives on in South Garner and Dunn.

We’re excited to welcome you to our brand-new location in Dunn, North Carolina for a fresh start that brings more space, energy, and opportunity to serve you better. You’ll still find all your MoonRunners favorites here.
And for our loyal Garner fans, good news! We’ve reopened just down the road at 21 Technology Drive. This new Garner location keeps us close to our roots while offering an upgraded space for great food, drinks, and community.
