I am an accomplished hospitality and business operations leader with 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for well-known brands and concepts including Applebee's, Houlihan's, and multiple Ragazzi's Restaurants, building a career focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences. Since May 2024, I have served as General Manager of Moonrunners Saloon, where I oversee daily operations, lead diverse teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have specialized in training and development, customer relations, multitasking, and organizational management. I am passionate about mentoring employees, building high-performing teams, and creating positive workplace cultures that encourage growth, accountability, and excellence.
